Our Commitment

At ENCIICNE, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our pieces. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 14 days of the date your package was delivered.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly ask that your items are returned in their original, pristine condition:

Unworn & Unaltered

Items must be in their original state—unwashed, unworn, and free of any marks (such as makeup, deodorant, or perfume).

Original Packaging

Please include all original tags, branded dust bags, and packaging. These are considered part of the product.

Please note that we cannot accept returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

Final Sale items.

Intimate apparel, swimwear, or pierced jewelry.

Bespoke or customized orders tailored specifically for you.

How to Make a Return

Preparation

Once your request is confirmed, securely pack the items in their original box.

Shipping

As we do not currently provide pre-paid return labels, we recommend using a recorded or trackable delivery service to ensure your piece reaches us safely.

Exchanges

If you find you need a different size or color, we are happy to assist with an exchange, subject to availability. Simply mention your preferred size in your email to us, and we will set it aside for you.

Please note that shipping costs and any potential duties or taxes incurred for the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer. In the event that your requested size or style is no longer available by the time your return reaches us, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternatives. If we are unable to reach you within 5 business days, we will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method to ensure you are not left waiting.

Refunds

Once your return is welcomed back into our studio and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. While we process these immediately, please allow a short period for your financial institution to reflect the transaction.

A Note on Duties & Shipping

Original shipping charges are dedicated to the courier and are non-refundable.

For our international guests, please note that any customs duties or local taxes paid at the time of delivery are handled by your local government and unfortunately cannot be refunded by us.
